Bringing someone new into your business is a big step - so first, let’s celebrate the fact that you’ve made it to that step!
When it comes to this time, it’s important to not only find someone with the expertise in the areas you struggle the most, but to also find someone you vibe with. You’re going to be communicating with your OBM…A LOT - so you don’t want it to be awkward AF when you’re checking in with each other.
Not every person you interview is going to be the right fit & that’s okay. A few things I would do before meeting with a new team member - write down the things you struggle the most with on a daily/weekly basis(what are you needing to get off your plate, decide on what your monthly budget is & then visualize what working with that person would feel like for you ( are you laughing and having fun while you’re getting shit done or do you want as little contact as possible?)
Then, when you’re ready to start interviewing, it’ll be a lot easy to decide!
