3 Reasons Why You Should Be Focused on Building a Community in Your Biz

If you're not building a community within your biz - maybe you should revisit that πŸ€·πŸΌβ€β™€οΈ

Over the past few weeks, I have watched a few of my clients continue to build their communities within their businesses and here's what I've learned...

1. Having a group of like-minded people all together in one place is powerful AF πŸ™ŒπŸ»

Not only do these women lean on my clients for support as their coach, but that feeling of support from one another is just as strong.

2. When it comes to selling, your community is going to be invested in you already and thus much more likely to jump in on your offers ✨️

They know you, the like you and they stick around bc they TRUST you!

3. The accountability is unmatched πŸ‘ŒπŸΌ

Not only do your people get to see how you coach & how you integrate, but they tend to hold you accountable to continue showing up.

Bc you're not going to grow a community & then just leave them all hanging - right?

πŸ’™ And here's my bonus tip - community can be held many different ways/places.

I have clients who stick to Facebook groups, some who utilize Kajabi Communities 🀀 and then some who even have entire voxer or Slack groups.

It doesn't matter where, just that you try it and find what works for you and keep it simple for your clients.

I've watched my client this week add hundreds of people into her community & to see the engagement and interaction she been having? Woah 😭😍

Its hard not to see the value in that.
